RETURN POLICY
1. Return Window
You may return products purchased from Achsons Automotive Store within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at achsonsautomotive@gmail.com within the 14-day return window. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was received damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Customized or Special-Order Products
- Opened or Used Items
- Items Marked as Final Sale
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at acshonsautomotive@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
